Mrs. Perry agrees to takes them to their destinations. On their way to get Winnie's ears pierced at Claire's, Mrs. Perry keeps telling stories and giving examples of people who have gotten killed by cars, which makes Sandra nervous. After Winnie gets her ears pierced, it's time for Sandra to get her driver's license, but she backs out and gives excuses so she won't have to take her driving test at the Department of Motor Vehicles. A few days later, Sandra gets her driver's license, but under "Weight" its reads 1000 pounds, which leaves Sandra furious.
